1. التجربة المجانية أولاً

نحن واثقون تماماً من جودة برنامجنا، لذلك نوفر فترة تجريبية مجانية بالكامل لمدة 90 يوماً لجميع المستخدمين الجدد بكامل خصائص ومميزات البرنامج.

الهدف من هذه الفترة هو السماح لك باختبار أداء البرنامج، والتأكد من توافقه مع نظامك وحاسوبك قبل اتخاذ أي قرار بالشراء.

2. المنتجات الرقمية والتفعيل

نظراً لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية وأكواد التفعيل (License Keys) التي لا يمكن سحبها بمجرد كشفها واستهلاكها، فإن جميع المبيعات تعتبر نهائية.
بمجرد قيامك بشراء كود التفعيل وإدخاله في البرنامج لتفعيله، لا يحق لك طلب استرداد مالي، حيث أنه أُتيحت لك فترة 90 يوماً للتجربة المجانية المسبقة.

3. الحالات الاستثنائية

قد نوافق على استرداد المبلغ المدفوع في الحالات الاستثنائية التالية فقط:

إذا قمت بشراء كود تفعيل عن طريق الخطأ ولم تقم بتفعيله أو استخدامه نهائياً.
إذا كان هناك خلل فني أو تقني كارثي يمنعك من استخدام البرنامج بشكل كامل، وعجز فريق الدعم الفني الخاص بنا عن حل مشكلتك.

1. Free Trial First

We are completely confident in the quality of our software, which is why we provide a completely free 90-day trial period for all new users with all features included.

The goal of this period is to allow you to test the software's performance and ensure compatibility with your system and PC before making any purchase decision.

2. Digital Products and Activation

Due to the nature of digital products and License Keys that cannot be revoked once revealed and consumed, all sales are considered final.
Once you purchase the activation key and enter it to activate the software, you are not entitled to request a refund, as you were given a 90-day free trial beforehand.

3. Exceptional Cases

We may approve a refund only in the following exceptional cases:

If you purchased an activation key by mistake and have never activated or used it.
